TWO-TIME WORLD CUP CHAMPION Ali Krieger
is happy to announce AKFC's first adult soccer camp + Happy Hour of 2020 will take place February 15-16 in Orlando, Florida.
No, kids don't have to have all the fun! AKFC welcomes women and men ages 19 and up, of all skill levels. Whether you play every week or have never kicked a ball, get ready to take the field with Ali.
Adulting is hard. And sometimes you need to just treat yourself!
But really...what is AKFC Adult Camp?
You learn from and play soccer with Ali Krieger for two days.
From ball work to taking penalty kicks, you'll walk away with some new skills and a memorable experience.
During training, Ali will be on the field with participants, coaching, demonstrating drills, and playing/scrimmaging.
Each session will start with a warm-up conducted by professional fitness trainers with safety and injury prevention in mind.
Goalkeepers are included! You'll get time doing footwork and also in goal. We will be playing a mini tournament and small-sided games.
And don't forget the social event/Happy Hour, hosted by Ali!
We highly recommend you read this first person account from a previous attendee, Nina Wolinsky, who happened to be a beginning player:
The camp will include all of the following:
- Saturday AM: Day 1 Field Training
- Saturday PM: Social Event with Ali
- Sunday AM: Day 2 Field Training/Scrimmage
- TBD: Private Tour of Exploria Stadium (subject to change)
- TBD: Classroom Session
Timing of each element will be announced soon. And we have a few surprises in the works. But you can plan to be busy most of Saturday and at least the first half of Sunday. It's probably safe to book return travel after 5pm Sunday.
Register now to take advantage of the early bird discount!
