    Jul 23, 2019 to Jul 24, 2019 Location: BIG Vision Sports Complex Additional Info: World Cup Champion and Olympian ALI KRIEGER is partnering with BIG Vision Foundation and FC Revolution to hold AKFC Training sessions July 23 & 24 at the BIG Vision Sports Complex, after returning from the 2019 World Cup in France now underway. Girls and boys ages 7-18 at all levels are encouraged to attend!

    Ali holds a U.S. Soccer "C" License and leads every aspect of her AKFC, which launched in 2018. All participants learn "The Warrior Way" - the mentality and core values that have helped Ali achieve success on and off the field. She selects skills and activities for both attack and defense she has learned are essential in today's competitive environment.

    We strongly believe all kids should enjoy sports and be excited participate, whether in training or on game day, and it is our goal to make sure every AKFC event achieves that balance between work and play.

    What to Expect At Your Session
    Each session will include a warm-up conducted by a professional performance trainer with safety and injury prevention in mind. For each skill, Ali will gather all field players to demonstrate and explain each activity players split into smaller groups of 10 to 12 (according to age and skill level) to learn from top youth coaches, along with Ali.

    Each session will end with Ali speaking to the group followed by question, photos with each participant. Players may bring items to be autographed.

    Note: Parents and guardians are encouraged to take pictures, participate in the Q&A and watch training, but will not be permitted on the field during instruction.

    Session 1 Tuesday, July 23 6:00pm-9:00pm -- Ages 7-12 (Co-ed)
    Session 2 Wednesday, July 24 6:00pm-9:00pm: Ages 13-18 (Co-ed)

    Price Per Session
    $125 Early Registration - before June 28
    $150 General Registration - after June 28
    (A portion of the registration fee will support the BIG Vision Foundation.)

    All players should:
    Wear soccer or training clothing and shoes
    Bring shin guards
    Bring a filled water bottle (water will be available for refills)

    About Ali Krieger:
    A current member of the U.S. Women's National Team competing in the 2019 Women's World Cup, Ali Krieger has played professionally in Europe and the United States since 2007. One of the best defenders in the world, Ali won the 2015 Women's World Cup with the USWNT and is known for her 2011 penalty kick that lifted the US to an improbable 2011 WWC quarterfinal comeback win over Brazil. She became the first American to win the UEFA Women's Cup (now known as Women's Champions League) in 2008 when 1. FFC Frankfurt achieved the “treble” – 2008 Bundesliga Champions, 2008 Women’s DFB–Cup, and 2008 UEFA Cup Champions. She is a founding player of the National Women's Soccer League and has played for the Orlando Pride since 2017.
